Welder Warranty Service
If your welding equipment fails within the warranty period, IWR can perform the warranty service and file the warranty claim.
All claims must provide detailed descriptions of the fault and troubleshooting steps taken to diagnose failed parts.
To request warranty service you may complete our on-line Service Request form. When requesting any service for your welding equipment, always provide the Model Number and Serial Number. Some manufacturers, such as Lincoln and older Hobart models also require a Spec\Code.

Engines used in welding equipment are warranted separately by the engine manufacturer.
